They milled and resurfaced the driveway. My driveway is roughly 30 yards long.

First, Joe (I believe JR Jr.) is a total gentleman and on the job the entire time. Secondly, the entire crew was professional, timely and highly experienced. I chatted with a few of the guys and all were very nice and took great care in working around landscaping and were extremely tidy. They work quickly and efficiently - they were here by 9am and completely finished by 130pm. 
I would HIGHLY recommend them and would absolutely call them again when a need arises.

I called 6 paving companies, 4 came out and gave me estimates. My driveway was in bad shape.....mostly loose stones and grass. JR Paving gave me the best price and explained step by step how they would do the project. They were prompt, professional, and were able to complete the job in less than a day. They came with several dump trucks and a trailer full of equipment necessary to dig out and level,  put down stones and then roll out asphalt.  Another thing that impressed me is they cleaned up after themselves so well that once they were gone, other than a new driveway I couldn't tell that they were even here. Driveway looks great! And the neighbors were asking for estimates for their own driveways from Joe before he left. Thank you Joe!

I was not present for the work itself, but from the finished product it's clear that they re-edged and applied a full, solid, smooth asphalt surface to the driveway. They cleaned up the area well after completion

JR removed our old asphalt driveway and repaved.

The experience was very positive. We contacted 5-6 companies and ended up getting 4 bids for the job, and JR Paving was significantly less expensive than the others. We have a shared driveway, and JR himself came out to give me the quote and then came back again to walk my neighbor through the job and his price. We were told the job would be performed within 3-4 weeks once we accepted their quote, and they ended up coming to pave the driveway the following week. The entire job was finished within 6 hours, and we have been very happy with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend JR Paving.

Description Of Work: 
Edged the entire driveway back to its original dimensions. Established new edges using 2x4's to ensure compaction of new asphalt. Cut out old asphalt where needed. Keyed out areas to insure uniformity with sidewalks, garage aprons, walkways and drainage areas. Leveled out all low areas and depressions and leveled off all high spots. Entire area was swept clean of debris. All loose asphalt removed. Resurfaced driveway with ID2 asphalt 2 1/2 inches compacted to 2". Compacted with 5 ton roller followed with 1 ton asphalt tamper. Filled in all edges adjacent to driveway with 2 inches of soil to level the lawn with the driveway.

We chose J.R. out of the 4 pavers we met. He was the most knowledgeable (professional, friendly and honest) and offered the best price for the highest quality of work. He answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. Our very long circular driveway (154' long x 10' wide) was a mess: slopes, grooves, deep potholes and extensive multi-layered crumbling asphalt. The driveway had steep inclines on either end and dipped down toward the garage. We were concerned with water pooling and flowing into the garage. They leveled it perfectly and we've had no problems. They have top-notch equipment, extensive knowledge and integrity. J.R. and his crew showed up on time and worked diligently all day for two days. They were professional, courteous, friendly, honest and did an incredible job! Our driveway looks fantastic! Everyone is amazed at the difference. I highly recommend them.
